Julie is a Bay Area born and raised. She has been working as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapists since 2010, working in family social services before that. She has a private practice in Oakland and Sonoma County where she works with individuals and couples and specializes in somatic techniques.

Prior to opening her private practice, Julie ran a mental health nonprofit in Sonoma County, that provided free and low fee counseling to community members while training pre-licensed therapists.
